Lead a small marketing team to establish clear, professional, and compelling campaigns that increase our visibility, drives sales and company growth.

Prior Experience: 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably at the management level.

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan incorporating our company mission.
  • Pioneer new distribution channels.
  • Innovate new product ideas.
  • Establish and manage marketing budget.
  • Suggest and manage creative new promotions.
  • Set pricing to encourage business while optimizing profit.
  • Oversee update our existing Joomla and Wordpress websites, and redesign to new Odoo platform.
  • Manage MailChimp email flyers and campaigns.
  • Develop and or refine, and manage branding.
  • Lead efforts to build newsletter subscribers.
  • Oversee print and online ad creation.
  • Manage online ad campaigns.
  • Oversee creation of brochures.
  • Oversee or create photography of products and processes for promotional materials.
  • Build and manage on-site and off-site SEO campaign.
  • Track success in varying marketing channels. Modify campaigns accordingly.
  • Social media management, including optimizing effectiveness of social media network pages.
  • Create or edit presentations for our sales staff to present to clients.
  • Manage development and/or design internally and through outsourcing.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledgable of sales models, the website conversion funnel.
  • Demonstrated experience translating money spent on marketing into increased profits. (In your cover letter include the details on how you've accomplish this in the past).
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Flash.
  • Demonstrated capability in B2B-marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience with Internet marketing campaigns, including social media marketing.
  • Innovative and out-of-the-box marketing experience.
  • Exceptional listening ability, interpersonal communications skills, and ability to match a client's requests with appropriate deliverables.
  • SEO experience.
  • Basic Front-end development with Wordpress, Joomla or other CMS.
  • Dependable, able to plan, establish goals, and follow through with commitments; deliberate decision-maker.
  • Sense of urgency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Videography experience; Video Production or Commercial Production Experience
  • Video Production Software Knowledge such as iMovie, Adobe Premier Pro, Avid or Final Cut Pro.
